I keep my camera with me while I’m in the hanger working on a project. When I get frustrated with my lack of tooling skills I just take photos of all the neat stuff in there. Here are a few.

Since my last post many things have happened. Once such activity was a hike to the “ropes”. Below you will see some visuals from our adventure. Also, with my classes beginning I thought I’d post some photos occasionally of projects we undertake.

What a great jump!

What a strange position.

I am now in my new room for the next unknown about of time. Tomorrow I will start classes. Much to the delight of perhaps two or three people, here are some photos of my room. It’s far too neat at the moment. I already miss having my younger brother’s mess scattered about.

Now Where the Heck Am I?

AHHH! There I am! Thank you very much, space poster.
Our adventure in Maine has come to a close. I definitely didn’t want to leave. And in fact, my cell phone stayed there one day longer than I did. Thanks be to a nice gal at Starbucks for mailing it back to California. Here are 50 of my favorite images captured on our East coast excursion.
Today we had the ultimate Maine experience with a trip to Acadia National Park (see map below) and then a massive lobster-fest of a dinner. Please enjoy some photos of our adventures.

What is a good adventure without a run-in with the law? There we were on interstate 95 with miles of traffic when I had the brilliant idea of jogging down the freeway. With cars going nowhere I felt perfectly safe taking a relaxing stroll down the interstate. Apparently the highway patrol opines differently. With the sound of sirens and honking my pleasant jog came to a screeching halt. This officer was obviously baffled by the site of me as she exited her car screaming. When given a catch to speak I calmly told her of my jogging plans. After threatening me with court she told me to run back to the car. With a thumping heart and tired legs I made it back to the car. I am now safe and having a great time in Maine. I will be doing no more running while in Maine.
Ahoy there! We are having a splendid time traversing the New England coast. Today we drove across Connecticut, Rhode Island, and a good part of Massachusetts. We made stops at Plymouth and Boston despite the spaghetti-like system of roads. We have been relying on two GPS systems to get us around. Here is a small sample of photos from our day’s activities.

Yes, another trip to Maine. “But how can you afford all this traveling?” you may ask. The answer is simple; I can’t. If our federal government has no monetary discretion, then why should I, just one lowly citizen, have any. Anywho! This wasn’t suppose to get political.
I leave one hour from now. I fly to New York where I will meet my intrepid pal Josh and his wife Sarah. Check out their blog. We will rent a car and proceed to drive through Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and then to Maine – the land of adventure!
